PRE-CARE

* Stop using any retinol/acne/steroid creams 4 weeks prior

* No alcohol 1 day prior to and day of appointment

* No Advil/Aleve/Aspirin/Ibuprofen/Fish Oil/Vitamin E Oil 1 day prior to and          day of appointment.

* No caffeine, including pre-workout 1 day prior and day of appointment. 

* No working out the day of appointment, no sweating for seven days after. 

* No antibiotics 4 weeks before. 

* No direct sun or tanning beds 7 days before & 30 days after. If you come in          with a tan, pigments implanted in the skin will heal darker, appear ashy and      will not look like hair strokes.  Please keep your face covered from the sun.

* If you are getting lashes or eyeliner done and wear contact lenses, please            bring a contact lens case or wear glasses to your appointment. No lash                growth serum 4 weeks before and after. No lash extensions. 

* If you have EVER in your life had a cold sore/fever blister make sure to call          your doctor to get on medication 5 days prior to your lip pigmentation                appointment to prevent an outbreak. The stimulation from the needle can          bring out cold sores.
