CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING / LATE POLICY

Deposits are required to book and secure all appointments. All deposits are non-refundable and non-negotiable!

​

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancelling your appointment without rescheduling, results in forfeiture of non-refundable deposit. See rescheduling policy below for more information on rescheduling.

​

RESCHEDULING POLICY/FEES:  

No fee to reschedule 8+ days before appointment; $50 fee to reschedule within 7 days of appointment; $100 fee to reschedule or no call/no show day of appointment (more than one occurrence will result in not being able to reschedule again and forfeiture of non-refundable deposit).

LATE POLICY:

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be rescheduled.



*OUT OF STATE CLIENTS*
If you are traveling/flying from out of state, it is recommended that you purchase travel insurance. I am not responsible for any expenses should an unforeseen circumstance arise (weather, illness, skin condition, etc.)

**PLEASE NOTE**
DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE SICK, ON ANTIBIOTICS, STEROID MEDICATIONS, OR HAVE ANY BREAK OUT ON THE AREA.  YOU WILL NEED TO RESCHEDULE. NO EXCEPTIONS

      *If you have any questions or concerns, please send an email with details and a recent photo so I can accurately assess your eligibility for permanent makeup. 



Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Studio space is limited to one client.  

For safety reasons, no guests, children or pets are allowed.
